Pricing FAQ
How do I pay for my plan?
Once you choose a plan, we send you a secure payment link or a formal invoice by email. You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, wire transfer, or Pay by Bank if you are in the UK. See the payment policy for details.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the difference is charged pro rata. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens if I go over my subscriber limit?
We never block your sends. We'll notify you and move you to the next plan, charging only the difference for the remaining days of the period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and save 15% on Starter and Growth. Custom plans can be invoiced monthly, quarterly or annually.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, so you can try everything risk-free. See the refund policy.
Which currencies can I pay in?
You can pay in US dollars (USD), euros (EUR) or pounds sterling (GBP). Use the currency switcher above the plans to see prices in your currency; your payment link or invoice is issued in the currency you choose.
Are taxes included?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is applied according to your billing country and shown clearly on your invoice. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There is no minimum term on Starter and Growth. Cancel from your account or by emailing us and your plan ends at the close of the current billing period.
